Acrylics are popular with both beginners and experienced artists due to their quick drying time, allowing for layering and revisions, and their ability to be used on a wide range of surfaces
  • Techniques and Processes: Acrylic painting techniques offer a wide range of creative possibilities. Common techniques include layering, glazing, stippling, and dry brushing. 6. Conclusion:

The passion I feel for my art has changed my way of life and most importantly It has allowed me to heal years of post-traumatic stress and depression. My ideas have been shaped through years of hardship, from working in the fields as a migrant worker to serving in the military, and a recent life-threatening illness has me convinced that my God has something incredible planned for me. My goal is to open a non-profit organization that will help the local youth explore healing through art and expression.

Every single piece of art that I create is dedicated to my mother Ma. Del Carmen Rubio may she rest in peace.

"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up."
